The 2026 Masters in Therapeutic Oncology Summit Breast Edition (MaTOS Breast) is the premier educational event designed to address identified practice gaps and support continuous professional development in the evolving landscape of breast cancer care. This summit will provide clinicians, researchers, and care teams with evidence-based strategies and practical tools to improve patient outcomes through enhanced knowledge, competence, and performance. Through a blend of clinical science sessions, expert-led panels, roundtable discussions, and real-world case presentations, the summit will address pressing challenges in breast oncology, including: Genetic and epigenomic underpinnings of disease Diagnosis and minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring Integration of targeted therapies and immunotherapy Evaluation of therapeutic response using novel technologies Application of precision oncology in treatment planning Innovations in surgical and radiological de-escalation for early-stage disease The summit will foster multidisciplinary collaboration among key opinion leaders (KOLs), senior investigators, and attendees, enabling a critical review of current and emerging practices in breast cancer screening, diagnostics, and treatment. Discussions will emphasize how new therapies and technologies are shaping standards of care, and will guide attendees in interpreting clinical data, adopting biomarker-driven approaches, and navigating rapidly evolving therapeutic landscapes.
